Sales Development Manager - Parts Hub

We are looking for a Sales Development Manager to join our fantastic parts hub at Welham Green.

What you will do:

Sales performance
• Achieve sales targets
• Work within the identified sales strategy to increase sales revenues from higher segmented customer accounts
• Identify and leverage potential sales opportunities within customer base
• Identify potential new customer accounts
• Maintain own product knowledge and awareness of competitor activity

Customer
• Develop and build strong relationships with all customers
• Provide the highest level of customer service
• Ensure customer discounts are appropriately applied based on spend levels

Communication
• Assist, liaise with and support the Hub team to ensure good working relationships and delivery of excellent customer service
• Work with the Sales Manager, Parts Sales team, and others to achieve sales targets and provide a joined up approach to sales

Systems and processes
• Maintain accurate customer records and adhere to the General Data Protection Regulation
• Interrogate sales data to ensure that multiple sales call objectives are set prior to customer visits
• Ensure compliance with business standards and processes, financial, legal and ethical guidelines (including Warranty)

In order to be successful for the Sales Development Manager position, you must:
• Be a self-starter with a proven track record in building strong relationships and achieving sales targets in a B2B environment
• Have extensive customer account management experience with a real passion for providing excellent customer service
• Have a passion or interest in the automotive industry or parts
• Be IT literate, preferably with a good working knowledge of MS Excel

Skills you will require:
• Ability to provide an exceptional customer service experience
• Performance orientated with proven selling and negotiation skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with all key stakeholders
• Able to work under pressure and deliver to deadlines
• Ability to work with a team as well as on own initiative
