Canter DNA. As body-friendly as ever

FUSO offers the Next Generation eCanter with flatbed and tipper factory bodies which are optionally equipped with mechanical power take-offs that easily supply accessories such as cooling compressors.

Go further. Up to 200km range

FUSO has equipped the Next Generation eCanter with different battery pack options. The S battery pack offers a range of up to 70 km per charge. The M pack allows up to 140 km per

charge and the L pack up to 200 km.

Charge everywhere. AC and DC possible

The Next Generation eCanter is compatible with the more cost-effective Alternating Current (AC) charging technology and does not necessarily require the more cost-intensive Direct Current (DC) charging station, used for high-performance charging.

Efficiency
- The Next Generation eCanter has a highly efficient electric drive unit, the Electric Drive Module (EDM), consisting of the eMotor and the eAxle.
- The state-of-the-art eMotor features permanent magnet synchronous drive and water cooling. The eMotor offers higher maximum torque across the entire speed range when needed, yet is quieter and smoother with low vibration.
- eAxle technology enables a compact driveline with an integrated differential and no propshaft.
- Four different ‘recuperation mode’ levels assist the driver in regenerating braking energy, feeding it back into the battery, extending the vehicle range.
- The optional Special Range Improvement Package available.
Functionality
- The modern, high-quality interior concept impresses with a design that significantly enhances the vehicle’s functionality.
- LED daytime running lights, LED front lights and LED rear lights as standard.
- Smart key system for improved access and an engine start/stop switch for keyless operation.
- The new fully digital IPS LCD instrument cluster provides optimal function overview.
- Finished with high-quality leather, orange stitching, and buttons to control the LCD display, the standard multi-function steering wheel is also infinitely adjustable.
- Body-friendly with optionally equipped ex works with mechanical power take-offs that supply units such as cooling compressors or hydraulic pumps.
Safety
- When driving slowly or reversing, the Acoustic Vehicle Alert System (AVAS) generates artificial vehicle and warning sounds to alert other road users.
- Standard safety features include: ABS, ESP, Active Brake Assist (emergency braking system), Lane Departure Warning System (LDWS), Active Sideguard Assist (cornering assistant) and driver’s airbag.
- The standard auto-light function controls the driving lights depending on the ambient light conditions.
- Camera-based Intelligent High-beam Assist and electric parking brake as standard
