Bought a used Sprinter van at Witham Branch in March of this year.
Just wanted to say a big thank you to Sam & Terry for a great deal on the van which has been faultless.

Absolutely terrible experience, twice now they have taken my company vehicle into repair with the promise it will be fixed within a specific time frame as i am reliant on this vehicle. On both occasions Mercedes have failed to complete what they had said they would do and sent me away once again with a damaged van.

Keeping my van for 5 days for the service.
They never call for update. My loss is big cos I can't work. Disgusting service from Mercedes. I never ever take my vehicles there anymore.
I heard similar things from other drivers as well in NorwichI don't trust Motus Truck anymore

1 star is far to much. I dealt with the ipswich branch and then other managers from various branches the worst company i have ever ever dealt with and their staff are completely incapable, they took my money and a van of me 6 months ago but owed me a difference of thousands of pounds they said i will have transferred to my account in 2 weeks and have still not paid me and using every excuse in the book. Their staff lie to get a deal and honestly the worst company and people i have ever dealt with, truly shocking.
STAY AWAY from this company ! They were that bad i had to double check with a staff member of theirs if this firm were a scam ! Truly, truly disgusting firm. DO NOT USEWhen i was calling to ask where my money was the entire branch were ignoring me and lying to me !

We have purchased five new Mercedes vans from Motus in teh past year and we have received extremely poor service every respect, and every area of their business!
They only want to sell you a van and then leave you!
Most recently, a van, less than six months old broke down, rather than them provide a replacement van, they expect us to rent a van then pay us for the rent of that van for four months whilkst they source the part!!
They offer no assistance or appreciation with regard to teh fact that our van has a roof rack, livery, internal racking, etc, all of which we need on the replacement short term lease van.
Each time we book in a service there are issues!
Each time we have comms with them there are issues!
Will never buy another van from Motus!

Moved location and not updated, but the nice lady at the old location sorted us out pretty easily, new location if your going there turn right by the red burger van and in first gate as there are no signs up.
The new yard is really small and tight, they had to move 4 motors to get ours out even though they knew we were coming.
Reason I've given 4 stars is the quick turn around time, dropped off 2 days later we are picking it up, they run a 24hr shift which compared to other commercials marque who don't is brilliant as needed the van back ASAP as it was a bespoke vehicle for asbestos .

I was lucky enough to approach your company when I searched for a van. Tony Heather was a great and professional salesman and the business I did with him was the easiest application which I ever made.
From the first click to search for a van to have finance approved and drive a nice van on the road just took five days.
Top of that working with professional people was quick and joyful.

Hatfield branch and Welham Green. 4 hour job took them 4 days , job booked in 2 months earlier went to do it and they did not have the parts to do the job. No contact from them telling not to come or come and collect the van when ready. A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. Go to Colindale.
